Swelling after air travel? - swollen feet after vacation
Whenever I swell to fly short and long distances, feet and legs like balloons! I am not speaking from a slight swelling here ... I step off the plane after deformation! My skin is very tight and there is inflammation for a few days, which is a real problem in a beach trip. My next trip is in a month, and I like to avoid the swelling now. I'm going to St. Martin and I am enjoying my holidays without fear of uncomfortable and fat ankles. Is this unhealthy? Is there anything I can do to prevent this? Help!

Water could be the cause.
Avoid drinking too much water when you're thirsty.
Reduce your salt intake as this also help.
It seems that the fluid streams are flowing at the feet and legs and drink the water of the pool not. Try to avoid this situation, especially in flight, and it should go.
Avoid the salt before and during the flight. Get travel or compression stockings. They will help you.
